Extensive experience generating and interpreting business requirements including usability testing for NBC’s Olympic Games’ coverage, Starwood Hotels and other, less formal internal UAT research. For many of the projects, I combined interactive design with business impact analysis, providing heavy annotations and interaction instructions to both staff and offshore developers.
